Where the highway meets the business park.

As seen by 24,000 vehicles per day

A new rural business park Te Aka is located at 5 Dawsons Road, Christchurch, Canterbury, on State Highway 1 and built for businesses that need real ground under them.

Te Aka Business Park offers 11 rural business sections from 6,000m² to over 11,000m² on State Highway 1 suited to yard-based rural and trade businesses.

Built for scale, not squeezed for yield.

Most commercial subdivisions chase small lots and high density. Te Aka does the opposite: large sections sized for how yard-based businesses actually work, room for stock, vehicles, storage, and growth, without fighting your neighbour for space priced below industrial land.

On the road Christchurch drives every day.

Direct frontage onto State Highway 1, at the Dawsons Road roundabout, near Rolleston on the main route in and out of Christchurch, New Zealand's fastest-growing district. Your business sits where the traffic already is.

SH1 carries approximately 24,000 vehicles a day (NZ Transport Agency), including 1,300+ an hour passing directly at the Dawsons Road roundabout during peak periods.

Who this is for:

Rural and trade businesses that need space to operate, not a lobby to impress. If your work involves large yards, machinery, storage, or vehicles, and you're tired of cramped industrial sites built for someone else's business, this business park is built for you.

Te Aka Lots available or sold status

Roading is excluded from the Lot sizes. All Lots except Lot 8 will be cleared from all vegetation and roading and re-grassed.
